Land 2200m2, Risan

Risan is a town settlement in the municipality of Kotor in Montenegro. Risan is located on the northernmost part of Boka Kotor, bordered on the south by Risan Bay, and on the other sides by steep slopes, slopes characteristic in geomorphological terms for the entire Dinaric system to which they belong.

Steep slopes in the immediate hinterland of Risn form the backdrop of a picturesque theater above which rise significant heights: Glogovo brdo (939 m), Čelac (850 m), Ušanik (844 m) and Sokolova greda (664 m) on the western side, 524 m on the northern side sides above the surface, the elevation of Struga from the eastern side (945 m, 926 m). The immediate surroundings of Risno are bare and steep limestone slopes. The limestone slopes around the Risa valley are for the most part bare and only in places are covered with deciduous and evergreen bushes and grass.

In this settlement, on the first line to the sea, there is a 2,200m2 plot of land for sale, on which an 830m2 building is planned.
