Tivat is a modern Mediterranean city oriented towards the development of tourism and complementary economic branches. In the heart of Tivat, just a few minutes’ drive from the airport, a complex is being built in the Mrcevac settlement.
The complex consists of six buildings with shared parking and green areas.

In the first phase, 4 buildings are being built, the completion of which is expected in the middle of 2025.
In the second phase, the remaining two buildings are being built after the completion of the first phase.
