Rhizon Trinity, Risan

The small town of Risan is the oldest settlement in the Bay of Kotor. It was the craft, maritime and trade center of the Illyrian state. When it comes to Montenegro, sights with an archaeological background are a real treat for history and archeology lovers. One of such attractions are the “Roman mosaics” in Risno.

We present to you the new residential complex Rhizon Trinity. Positioned in an untouched part of nature, close to the sea, with a view of the most beautiful bay on the Montenegrin coast.

The complex consists of three residential buildings, in front of which there is a parking lot. Residential buildings have two floors – ground floor, first floor and attic.

The total number of residential units is 32 with an area of 48m²-59m²:
30 one-room apartments
2 two-room apartments.

There are 25 parking spaces on the lot.
On the ground floor of our building there is a common reception of modern character for all users of the building.
